What We Offer
GROUP CLASSES
CROSSFIT
CrossFit will improve your overall fitness and will get you leaner, stronger, and faster. In less than an hour we include a warm-up, skill or strength session, and a workout of the day (WOD). Our classes are for all fitness levels and our coaches will work with you to modify the movements and workouts as needed based on your individual experience and ability level.
1-on-1 TRAINING
NEW TO CROSSFIT
Our CrossFit Start-Up Package is a one-on-one introduction program for our CrossFit Classes. This program will introduce the foundational movements we do in our group classes. The one-on-one sessions are designed for all levels of fitness where we provide a program that meets your ability, needs, and schedule.

I’ve been active my entire life, but now at 50, I’m in the best shape and the strongest I’ve ever been in, thanks to CrossFit Viento! I’m 68 years old, and my similarly-aged wife and I have been consistently working out at a CrossFit box 4-5 times a week since 2012. (I will confess to taking a month off twice to have both knees replaced). While no one can guarantee that we will live longer as a result, I strongly suspect that we will and can state that the quality of our lives has been materially enhanced. Relatives and life-long friends comment routinely on our obvious fitness and active lifestyle, which is conducive to living in the Gorge.
